We are Molito Mexicano

A couple of Mexicans living in The Netherlands, in the vibrant city of Nijmegen and simply… we love food!

Molito Mexicano is not intended to describe typical Mexican recipes, which by the way, you can already find over millions of mexican food blogs and in one-click translate them into your language –personally, we find this kind of boring and a bit unreal because not all the ingredients are available and some other factors are not considered, yep, for real!

Molito Mexicano is more into the reinterpretation of the Mexican taste in any international scenario and into make the most with the available ingredients in your city/country. And believe it or not, even the smallest city has a great offer of ingredients.

What is more, this blog will contain food recipes cook-tested-tasted by two Mexicans (1 mexican and 1 mexican-german) living abroad.
